西媒：阿尔维斯要求对性侵受害者进行新的心理评估，被法院驳回

2月20日讯 西班牙媒体报道，加泰罗尼亚高等法院驳回阿尔维斯的上诉请求，拒绝对性侵案受害者进行新的心理评估。

阿尔维斯在2022年涉嫌在巴塞罗那夜总会性侵一名年轻女子，被判处4年半监禁，不过随后获得保释。

阿尔维斯方面在上诉中要求对受害者进行新的专家评估，以确定其创伤是否与性侵指控相符，但此请求被法院驳回。法院将在近期就双方的上诉作出裁决，受害者方面要求加重刑期。
